The IT Services Manager leads the IT Services department. Ensures that the services provided by the department meet with all required SLAs, cost and quality requirement defined by the management. The IT Services Manager also actively participates in the design process of the corporate IT infrastructure

Required education:
- College or University degree or similar
- 3 years + IT services development experience
- 3 years+ people management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 years + experience of planning, implementing and maintaining Internet based technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of IT disciplines and methods
- Goal and result oriented personality
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Expert knowledge of software development life-cycle, software development methods and tools.
- Expert knowledge of building and running Help Desk and Data Center operations
- Formal project management certification
- Management degree
- The ITS Manager is responsible to plan, implement and run the IT services organization and infrastructure.
- Ensures that the required SLA, quality and budget parameters are in-line with the values defined by the management.
- Ensures continues improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Defines organizational and infrastructure strategies and presents decision papers on architecture, infrastructure and vendors .
- Plans and controls the ITS budget.
- Evaluate technology and vendors.
- Acts as Project/Programme Manager for all ITS projects.
- Submits project plans for each approved projects.
- Runs and delivers multiple projects and ensures that projects are successfully completed within the predefined time, cost and quality measures.
- Tracks and reports progress towards the project stake- and shareholders and towards the company’s management.
- Manage project budget end ensures best use of all resources.
- Co-ordinates activities with all sub-suppliers to the projects internally and externally.
- Evaluates projects and team members after the project completion
